Each will be fully furnished and impeccably appointed. Private pool. Outdoor kitchen. Outdoor shower. Expansive terraces drawn to the water. Mere steps to the sand. The first two Residences are complete and welcoming members now.

Membership in one Residence opens access to all Club Residences, the future Beach Club and future Spa Pavilion, the nine private beaches, and the full slate of services that will quietly run the island.

Sixty-Foot Yacht.

By Revolution Marine. Four staterooms. Captain and chef aboard. Sleep aboard for a week and let the Exumas come to you. Anchor beside a vanishing sandbar one morning. Chart south by sunrise the next. Lunch on lobster at Little Farmer’s Cay. Dive Thunderball at slack tide. Watch the children swim with the pigs. The first two yachts are in the water now. Additional vessels will join the fleet as the community grows.

A DAY BOAT

A Captain at Your Dock.

Every Club Residence includes a day boat with optional captain services. Pull up on a sandbar for a picnic before noon. Anchor at a hidden snorkeling spot. Run to Stocking Island for a sundowner at Chat ‘N’ Chill. The boat will be waiting. So will the captain.
HOP IN AND GO

Service, Thoughtfully Delivered.

Your only membership responsibility will be choosing when to return. Concierge service. Pre-arrival provisioning. Housekeeping. Bell. Equipment and clothing storage on-island, so you will arrive empty-handed and leave the same way. The water shuttle will meet you at George Town. The cart will meet you at the dock.
