WELCOME TO KI’AMA EXUMA

An Archipelago Apart

There are islands you visit. There are islands that stay with you. Exuma is the latter. Set along the private shores of Elizabeth Island, this is a different expression of the Bahamas. Slower. More intentional. Days shaped by tide, light, and water. Mornings that begin aboard a yacht or barefoot on the sand. Afternoons that disappear into turquoise shallows and long island lunches. Evenings carried by trade winds and the last light over the harbor.

Beyond The Horizon

Here, ownership is designed around ease. Around presence. Around returning to a place that already knows you. Waterfront residences. Crewed yachts. Hidden beaches. A horizon that stretches far beyond the island itself. The first moments here feel less like arrival and more like return.

Some opportunities are simply felt the moment you arrive.

Why Exuma?

Suspended between sea and sky, it unfolds in luminous shades of turquoise where sandbars rise and dissolve with the tide. The water shifts from sapphire to glass. Silence feels intentional. Time loosens its grip. This is not the crowded Caribbean. This is the Bahamas at its most elemental, where beauty remains unspoiled and authenticity endures. Exuma is defined not only by scenery, but by rhythm. Mornings begin without agenda. Crystalline flats stretch toward the horizon. Life here expands into a living archipelago of discovery and ease. Privacy and vitality exist in quiet balance.
WHY EXUMA?

Why Ki’ama Exuma?

Unmatched privacy and seclusion. The world’s most discerning hospitality visionaries have quietly set their sights on Exuma. Their presence is not coincidence. It is confirmation. This is where refined island living is evolving, without sacrificing authenticity. Here, beauty remains elemental, intimate, and rare. Ki’ama Exuma exists in harmony with that truth. Ownership here is not about status. It is about alignment. The reward is measured not in scale, but in still mornings on the water, spontaneous crossings to hidden cays, and the quiet certainty that you chose the right horizon. A limited number of ownership opportunities are available in the current release phase. Private introductions are now being scheduled.
WHY KI’AMA EXUMA?

Anchor beside a vanishing sandbar one day, chart south at sunrise the next. Snorkel hidden grottos, drift above coral gardens, fish the flats at dawn, run offshore by midday. Lunch on lobster at Little Farmer’s Cay. Watch the kids swim with the pigs at Big Major Cay. Some mornings begin on the beach. Others begin on the water.
CLUB RESIDENCES & YACHTS

The Horizon Belongs
to You Alone

There are members for whom shared will be enough, and there are owners for whom the residence must read in their own name. The two-bedroom Villas and four-to-six-bedroom Estates at Ki’ama Exuma are being designed for the latter. A collection of oceanfront and hillside locations — and a smaller collection of waterfront sites where you will craft something entirely your own — set quietly along the most private edges of the island. Timber-framed, low-slung, drawn to the lines of the land. Some with private pools, outdoor kitchens, expansive terraces, direct steps to the sand. Architecture that will recede into the place rather than impose upon it.
